REMEMBER THESE?

I REMEMBER YEARS AND YEARS AGO, WATCHING THIS SERIES (THE REMAKE) ON FRIDAY NIGHTS. I wouldn't make any plans because I had to be home to watch this. Ben Cross was absolutely amazing in this series, and then they cancelled the show.

Now we are gearing up to see the gorgeous Johnny Depp and the amazing Tim Burton to put their magic onto the big screen.

So, won't you join the Creepy Orphan Society and create a piece of art in the theme of DARK SHADOWS. I believe that I will be making an Art Doll. However, things could change. That is the beauty of art and challenges...do whatever comes to you.

Now, over at Creepy Orphan Society we are also doing another challenge entitled "Dark Comic."  This is our February Monthly Challenge.  Not sure what I'll be creating for this one, but I'm very curious to see the other team members work and interpretation of this challenge.

DUE TO THE WEATHER AND ANOTHER STORM APPROACHING, I'VE BEEN ABLE TO GRAB SOME PUTTER TIME...SO HERE IS THE LATEST

I'M A LITTLE BEHIND ON BLOG POSTS, BUT HOPEFULLY IN ANOTHER A MONTH OR SO, I'LL BE CAUGHT UP AT WORK AND GET BACK INTO THE STUDIO FOR SOME ART TIME.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY COPY OF THE MAGAZINE YET, SO IF ANY OF YOU HAVE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU LIKE WHAT ART DOLL QUARTERLY DID FOR MY LATEST COLLECTION...WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU ALL.

I cannot believe they spelled my name wrong...especially on the COVER! LOL However, it's spelled right in the article. LOL Oh well, I'm grateful that they loved my dolls enough to publish them!  This Collection really pushed my sewing skills and those wigs...my goodness, I think I like sculpting the hair rather then trying to do that again. LOL
