Well, Lucy had her little kittens and here they are sleeping! They have figured out how to get out of the box, so they are running around all over the porch now! I'm trying to train them to go to the bathroom in the sunflower garden! LOL and believe it or not, it's working! Denise, if you see this picture... you CAN'T HAVE THEM! hahaha They always welcome me when I come home from work and it's a joy to see them so healthy and happy. Lucy, their mother on the otherhand is extremely tired! Do you blame her? I can't believe how fast the corn is growing... I swear it grows 12 inches over night! It's an overcast day today and I'm looking forward to Friday. Have a wedding to go to this weekend and my girlfriend Tracey and I have scheduled some studio time on Sunday. I can't wait! We are going to be working on painting and putting together assemblages. It's messy time and it's just what the doctor order! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and that you spend time to create, laugh and enjoy a good glass of beer or wine! Cheers

EUROPE - Custom Order
Just thought I would share with you a Custom Order on one of my "Coffins of Life" Assemblage boxes that I make. Victoria from Yorkshire, England placed a Custom Order on my Etsy Site and this is how it turned out. Victoria was looking for a more whimsical, less scary coffin because she didn't want to scare her little ones! LOL I do believe this is a very "whimsical, magical coffin." What do you all think?

CUSTOM ORDER-HAPPY BIRTHDAY RITA
Happy Birthday Rita...This was a custom order made especially for Rita for her BIRTHDAY, by her very dear friend Lady Lynn! Lady of the Sea was so much fun for me to create! I was having some problems with her face, but she settled for what she has! It's amazing when you are sculpting and creating such little whimsical people, they let you know how and what they want to be! LOL I used papier mache to sculpt her head, and then I aged her with vintage varnish. Rita is a collector of Mermaids, so "Lady of the Sea" will join her many other friends awaiting her arrival. Just in time because Rita is going to see the Little Mermaid in NYC! This was the first Mermaid that I have made, and I am very pleased at how she turned out. I am in the process of making another one for my wonderful, and truly a God send, Sister-in-Law! Pssssss Don't say anything! LOL
