ETSY SHOP-CROWHAVENFARM-NEW BANNER

For the past week I've been working with this wonderful woman from http://www.manamoonstudios.etsy.com/ Sharon is a fabulous designer, not just jewelry, but she also does custom banners for Etsy Shops, Blogs, and any Business needs, such as business cards, tags, etc... Please check out her services and her shop! For someone who doesn't know graphic designs for computers, that would be ME.... Sharon make its fun and exciting and she does incredible work! My new shop will be OPENING SOON! Make sure you stay tuned! I'm in the process of getting some designs together and get them photographed! I can't wait! It's going to a very "magical place where magical things happen." So make sure you keep an eye out for the grand opening!

Well, moving on ....A few weeks ago (well... 2 weeks ago)... my girlfriend and I one sunny afternoon after we had a day in her studio working... we decided to make ourselves laugh... God knows we need to do this more often! Well as a result of us laughing and deciding to do something totally off the wall... this was the result...

YES... we PINKED OUR HAIR and I have been GIGGLING EVER SINCE!!!!!!! I just love it and I'm having so much fun! It looks so pretty when it's up and tied up with fabric! I think I'll keep this look, because it's ME!

As you can see our Sunflowers are totally out of control! However, they are lovely and having them... well... they make me GIGGLE! Now if only they could be PINK! LOL

I've been working on some new things and here is a sneak peek at a few of the things that I will be putting up in my shop at Crow Haven Farm.etys.com ....No sneak peek for the new shop... not yet anyways!

The "Wise One" is surrounded by her little friends... They wanted to make the appearance, but it's way to early for them to come out! Check out "Hooked Nose Harriett" She can't wait to cast her spells!

Create Art Everyday Art Challenge

I actually was surfing the net and came across this artist that has put out an art challenge that began in January, 2008. Now, I know the year is half over, but anyone who wants to join this fabulous group, still can. Just log on to http://www.creativeeveryday.com/ and send Leah an email. I will be posting some new pictures of some things that I have been tooling with, as soon as I download them onto my computer. I just have to set aside some time to do this... Does anyone else have this problem? Just another cosmic question out there for anyone who wants to let me know that I am not the only one out there that never seems to have enough time to get things done!

This past weekend was quite interesting to say the least. My girlfriend is trying to get her unbelievable property in order before the winter comes, so me thinking that we were going to do studio time...well... let's just say that I was handed a rake and we laid, moved, tugged gravel and stone all around her studio and out to the driveway. You see, we had to get this done because the big bad rain storm was coming our way and we didn't want a muddy mess. I should taken a picture as we were doing this. May be this weekend I will take one, so you can see the work we did. I never knew that I had muscles in my shoulders...hahaha Now I do! But, what a good pain. I don't have to join a gym, I can just hang-out at the Noll and lose weight by just being there! LOL I must tell her to take pictures as it is progressing because when it's done, it's going to be like a fairytale that sits back in the woods and when you are there, you know "all is right with the world"

Any whoooooo....

FALL IS AROUND THE CORNER!

Fall will be here before you know it! I will have to post some pictures of our sunflowers. I promise I'll get some interesting pictures up here. Until then, CHEERS!
