Just Me in my Studio with Alice in Chains

Happy Monday Everyone...I hope all of you had a Wonderful and Safe Happy Halloween! As for our Halloween here at the Studio...it was a frightful night...The Fog, Halloween, The Thing, and The Shining keep us on our toes throughout the night. We bunkered down for what was going to be a long night of watching scary movies. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much...so I headed up to the Studio, through on some music from one of my favorite bands...

Yes, ALICE in CHAINS!
Their album "Dirt" is one of my ultimate favorites!

Here is a picture of the new band...However, Lane Staley shall never be forgotten.

I wasn't sure how I was going to take to their new album without Lane, but I must say...this Album is ROCKING! There is a beautiful tribute to Lane, the last song on the CD and the Cover title to their new album...Black gives way to Blue!

While rocking out to Alice in Chains, here is what I worked on...I actually finished my workshop with Pattee over at Odd-Dolls-Fun.Ning.com
I am very happy on the way she turned out. What a great workshop this was and I can't wait for Pattee's next one...hmmmmm I wonder what she will come up with for us!

I am also working and taking some of Suzi Blu's Workshops (which by the way are just absolutely fantastic)! The latest workshop is called:

"DAY OF THE DEAD"
Suzi teaches us how to complete the painting below and also gives us a video on how to create Sugar Skulls, and two different Shrines...Which are to die for! If you haven't signed up for any of her workshops, you much check them out. This workshop is $15.00 and you get FOUR Projects! You so cant beat that!

Here is what I have gotten done so far. She needs a lot more work. I want to add a lot more pinks, greens and some oranges and blues in her. I will be adding lots of color to the skulls too!

HAVE A GREAT WEEK AHEAD AND CREATE ART...NO MATTER IF YOU ONLY HAVE 10 MINUTES A DAY, JUST DO IT!
UNTIL NEXT TIME
CHEERS!
