Go out and get this book. I'm huge fan of Lynne Perrella and this is her latest book! It also features various other artists and Lisa Kaus has her mixed-media Cakes in here. What a wonderful and exciting book...it just makes you want to get out there and find old, vintage, objects, grab some boxes, paper, glue, paint and get messy! I found it on Amazon.com. I know B&N carries it, but due to the costs of everything going up, Amazon is cheaper!Also, Stampington is putting out another publication...Check it out. The deadline is June 15, 2008 for your stuffed doll, etc... Hope to see Denise in this....Denise, did you get your dolls in? LOL
So what is your States' Gas PRICES? PA is at $3.92 on average. Anyone else want to chime in? It will be quite interesting to see how what people are going to do. I feel sorry for people who have to drive 50 miles to get to work. I sure don't know how people are going to continue to do that when gas prices get up to 6/8 bucks a gallon. I guess we all need to start riding our bikes to work! LOL That will be interesting in the winter time. Wouldn't it be nice to turn the world around and have everyone buy handmade items. HELP THE STARVING ARTISTS! SUPPORT THE ARTS!!!!!!!!! USE YOUR TAX CHECK AND BUY SOMETHING HANDMADE!
