Nostalgia - 1938 Series - New Pieces

Here are some new pieces that I have been working on for my new series entitled "Nostalgia-1938" They are waiting patiently for me to name them! LOL I've signed up for Picnik, a photoshop like software and will be playing around with themes, colors, wording, and special effects. I'll have to make sure I post their new pictures for you to see the craziness going on with them!
These new pieces were sculpted out of polymer clay and went through layer, after layer of acrylic painting. I have started using glass eyes, especially with my polymer clay sculptures. Don't want to put plastic eyes in there...ohhhhh what a mess that was! LOL And the smell....forget it!

Each of these new sculptures stands approx. 7 inches tall. All for the last guy with the pokadot horns. He is approx. 10 inches tall. They are all holding, or if they haven't decided to drop their crow, a sculpted black crow.

This little beauty is wearing a hat that was sculpted out of polymer clay. She wanted one made out of cloth, but I convinced her to go with the clay hat! LOL

I guess this little guy decided he didn't want to hold his Crow!
I also want to thank Sue over at www.bartonorginals.blogspot.com for "TAGGING ME" I promise Sue, I'll post 6 random things about me...once I figure them out! LOL
I hope you all had a good week. We have two more days until Friday and then Play Time.
Have a wonderful evening and I'll see you soon!
CHEERS!

Such an unusually morose little group of crow holders! Hmm...why so sad?
Makes me want to give each of them a hug. Especially the polka-dot horned one - he's my favorite.
