Cloth & Clay Folk Art Dolls Born In The Studio This Weekend

I have to say that this weekend was very productive in the studio and sure had a lot of fun finishing up some of my new dolls that I have been working on. Today, I finished two Cloth & Clay Folk Art Dolls from my workshop that I belong to over at ClothandClay.ning.com with Jane. If you haven't check it over there, you must. The team members are wonderful, and Jane is very clear in her teaching instruction. I really had a great time learning new techniques and putting my own spin on them. I will be creating more of these Cloth and Clay Folk Art Dolls and I can't wait to get started on them. So, in the mean time...here is a peek at Anne and Cathryn.

Now, I would like to thank Cindy over at http://www.oopsdesperateblogger.blogspot.com/for these amazing awards she bestowed on me. Cindy is one of my Team Members over at Art Dolls Only and she is a fabulous Art Doll Artist among other talents. Cindy is also going to be one of my Team Members on the Travelling Art Doll Project and I can't wait to have my doll touch her hands with her creative style! Thanks again Cindy for these wonderful awards. I so appreciate it and thank you for being patient with me and my computer problems. LOL

I am to list 5 of my addictions and then pass these awards on to 5 more bloggers!

I had to laugh when I seen that first doll. SHe looked like my mom did when she was stung by a bee or two on her face. (She used to be a bee keeper.) She said it didin't really hurt but she sure looked like it did, face all swelled up like she had mumps. Your doll isn't a bee-keeper by chance is she? LMAO These dolls are wonderful. LOve there dresses too.

Ah, the matronly Cathryn. There is a very appealing quality to her.
